30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage This is the most common mortgage type. It has a locked interest rate for the life of the loan (30 years) while paying down both principal and interest.
Interest Only Loan ( also known as ARM)
This is also a very common loan type.
It will have a locked interest rate for a specific term, paying only the interest portion of the loan each month. After the term expires the rate is likely adjust monthly making your payments higher.
Reverse Mortgage
A special type of home loan for anybody over 62 years of age that lets a homeowner convert a portion of the equity in his or her home into cash.
Home Equity Line Of Credit (HELOC)
A type of second mortgage that gives the borrower a revolving line of credit on their home's equity which acts similar to a credit card.
Foreign National Loans For non-residents and foreign nationals, this is a great loan to begin a foreign borrowers credit in the US. Normally requires a higher down payment. Ask us how.
